Am I okay if I missed a round of antibiotics?

I was wondering, I have bronchitis, and I'm taking a Z pack, it's one of those ones where you take the two dose on the first night, and one pill every night there after, well, I'm stupid, I went to take mine last night, and I lost the little pack thing, I just misplaced it or something, and I was wondering, am I okay if I didn't take it? I feel incredibly stupid, but it was my fault, I was eating and just don't remember where I put it.
