Has anyone worked with Footprints Recruiting (ESL teaching agency)?

I'm only seventeen, but I'd really like to teach overseas after I graduate from college. Is Footprints Recruiting reputable? Does competition with other job-seekers make it really tough to snag a job with FR? Do you need to be TEFL certified to obtain a job? Thank you. ^_^
