What song is this? From 2007 I believe.?

Okay, the video has a girl, who kind of looks like a boy, in a bar. She is a younger girl, somewhere in her teenage years, wearing a leather jacket like a biker. The band that sings the song is up on the stage and she's just looking around. At the end it seems like she goes outside and this guy puts his arm around her. It came on MTV 2 a lot. It's a mid-tempo song and I guess what is considered Indie, like Straylight Run and things like that. Please help!
