Good idea?

I've been working on a little brochure for out of town guests. It's a powerpoint presentation that i'll have printed and made into a booklet. It lists things to do in the city(the hotel is about 25 mins from there) also gives details on public transportation, restaraunts in the city then there's also info on things around the hotel restaraunts movie theater ect. Think this is a good idea?
