Is the Maternity Leave undermining women?

I would be fine with paternity leave. It could be an issue if the family thinks feeding is important, and a lot do. If there was a divorce down the road, the spouse who compromised their career for the children should have that taken into account, either one. I would be fine with that. The feeding could be a significant block to it, though. A father obviously couldn't do that.
