Am I raising my angelfish right?

first of all angels can get pretty big, 6-8 inches, so a 10 gal isnt gonna be big enough. id say minimum of 30 gal, preferably a 55. also a test kit to keep track of the nitrogen cycle so their immune system and resperatory will be fine. good luck
