I'm 25 years old and lately ive been considering moving...?

I want to move to california or Hawaii. I currently have no children im 25 and ive really been tru so many things and to be honest I would love a fresh start somewhere beautiful and really far away... I know im going tru allot of emotional pain and I think this sounds like a great idea maybe im just trying to run away from it all but then again im really sick of philadelphia... It seems like the same routine everyday and im so bored...I would love to move to Hawaii but can I afford it I don't know how much money I would need and is everything more costly over there? What about rent, jobs, etc...I really need advise because ive been giving it allot of thought for about a year can anyone please give me some advice thanks so much...
