If I were to marry and have children with a meat-eater, how would we decide our children's diets?

You guys would have to talk about it. One of you is likely going to have to agree to disagree while the other's eating lifestyle is set in place for the children. None of us can tell you how this discussion is going to go, because everyone is different. He very easily could go either way.
