Scratches on my rims?

I was trying to peel the sticker off my road bicycle wheels on my former bike. I couldnt get them off easily so I used a phillips screw driver to basicaly scratch them off. Little did I know that the alloy was scratched in the process considerably. I even put a line scratch on the braking surface. Atleast I got rid of the unsightly sticker. Anyways did I damage the rims to require repair or perhaps replacement? Its not carbon fiber rims. They are alloy.
