Okay well lately i've just been feeling gross. I've been super busy with school and studying for PSAT's and I haven't had the time to eat right or wok out. I need like a whole body cleanse or detox or something. I've been getting really bad acne and my face is greasy. It's disgusting, i just feel so nasty. I read about like a drink of Cajun pepper lemonade or something, is that to help clean out the impurities? Does anybody know anything to help me feel better?
