What happens if the US leave Iraq?

Well, Obam has a 'brilliant' plan in which in 2010 he will take out almost all of the troops in iraq. leave maybe 7000 left there. I think that will leave iraqi millitants more 'confident' and they will attempt or even accomplish more terroist attacks on the us. So then there will either be more troops back in iraq then there was before, or obama will bribe iraq to stop. because obamas a coward.
