Are solar panels affordable on my average use of 14.25 kwh per month?

We have cut way back on electrical use and so far this year have averaged 14.25 kwh per month. We live in Florida and a portable unit would allow us to position it in full sun most of the time. We already have solar hot water. Our average 4 month electric cost is $62.99. However, we don't run A/C and use propane to heat one room. We sacrifice comfort for that $62.99 bill. Are solar -electric producing panels feasible for us? We are not rich.
