What is the deal with young gilrs hooking up with alterly men?

Many people argue that any time a younger women (19-27) is dating a man old enough to be her father (40-50), she interested in him just for money. I believe that money is not the main reason for such behavior. Maybe some women are just infatuated with older men. After all, there are younger guys out there that have money too. How is hooking up with an old man wiht money any different than hooking up with a younger person with money?
