If you are biual, how do you choose what you will make as your life partner?

I dated till I found somebody I felt I wanted to marry. We've been together for 14 years. It's difficult though as I still find members of the same attractive and many times find my relationship with my wife not quite complete. I had the same feelings when dating men. We're working on it together though.
