Yes - fuel injectors tick all the time - normal. Valve cam lifter noise could cause that. check your op manual for valve adjustment check - it is usually about 60k miles and you are approaching that. not likely a rod knock. a rod knock will vary in sound and "go away" under acceleration and come back on deceleration. suggest check valve adjustment.
