Will Nanotechnology allow another country to overtake USA as supreme military power?

The US is a super power right now, but China is growing. China also holds a large portion of the US debt. The world is doomed, it is just a question of when it will happen. We will always be a Super Power nation but will we be the number one if we continue down this path is unknown..
